Any tips on how to do a critical bibliography for EPQ?

By critical bibliography- do you mean your research diary?

If so when I evaluated all my sources I asked myself a range of questions/
1) Is it published in a scientific journal? If so it is probably peer-reviewed?
2) What is the author's educational background? You'll probs have to google them
3) When was the source published? Does it has historical validity?
4) Is the study representative? Does it only look at one country?
5) Is it cited by any other research?
6) Does provide you with a reference list?

Key findings
Credibility- where I did all the eval stuff I gave you
