I accidentally submitted Cambridge Applicant Additional Documentation Form twice, but the email that the college sent to me mentioned that we should fill in that form once only...... Will this affect my application?
Thanks if you can answer!

I don't think it'll affect your application, but did you email the college to clarify why you did so? (i.e. explained that you filled an option in wrongly the first time, hence had to send the second form with the option corrected)

Nope, I didn't. Is there a need to do so? I was afraid this may cause them to notice my mistake unnecessarily if this is actually trivial.

For the question of "Do you have any learning disabilities or health concerns?" I accidentally filled in "yes" and proceed. But there was no return bottom, I didn't upload any supporting documents and just submitted. Later I filled in a second form correctly.

Dw about it they'll see the first wasn't properly completed and take the second as the one to use.
