Hi, For AQA A level biology do we need to remember the practicals for 6 markers or something?? my teacher said there are 12 markers on practicals but i don't believe her.

You will have longer questions at A level (6 marker, 12 markers) but that comes with practice. Just ensure to answer all points of the question otherwise you could be capped.
Although you do have a 25 marker essay, (also just practise).

i know that but im asking about the practicals. like in gcse, do we need to know and recall how to do the practicals?

You would need to know and recall them, however I don't think you would get a 6 marker on them like you would have at GCSE level. It's more of 'a student investigated... they added Benedict's solution to solution X, solution X turned green. Suggest what molecule solution X would be' or 'Solution Y remained blue, why?'
With practicals (the simpler ones) the questions are usually application questions.
