iron (II) phosphate is Fe3(PO4)2
iron (III) phosphate is FePO4
Would that mean that

Na₃(PO₄)2, Al(PO4)2, Li3(PO4)2, Fe(PO4)2 and I don't understand why iron(II) is Fe3(PO4)2 and not Fe(PO4)2? and why iron(III) phopshate is FePO4?

Shouldn't iron (II) be Fe2(PO4)2 and not Fe3(PO4)2?

Na3PO4, not Na3(PO4)2

AlPO4 not Al(PO4)2

Li3PO4 not Li3(PO4)2

Iron(II) phosphate
Iron has +2 charge
Phosphate has -3 charge

so you need 3 Fe2+ and 2 (PO4)3-
