What are the four levels of structure of an enzyme

The question is related to enzymes structure and function. I am assuming the structure would be referring to the level of protein structure (primary, secondary, tertiary, quaternary)? As it is four levels would I need to talk about holoenzymes which can be quaternary or is it just up to tertiary for enzyme plus the fact they're globular proteins?
An enzyme is ALWAYS a protein so:-
Primary
Secondary
Tertiary
Quaternary

Sorry only read your title and missed your description - yes say a bit about all four depending on how many marks the Q is worth.
