Hi all!

I have my video interview for Frontline soon. I'm sure this has been asked hundreds of times but can anyone give me an idea of what to expect? I had a video interview for a different position a few weeks ago and it went so badly (tears were involved!), so I'm extra nervous for this one.

Any pointers hugely appreciated - thank you!

Interviews are all the same. Research standard questions they can ask and for competency based interviews, use the STAR technique. Read the company values and incorporate those values in your responses. Know about some recent news of the company and one or two case studies. Know the role, what it is about and why you are doing it.

Accept that even with all these things, competition for jobs is high so you may fail a few (or even many) interviews before you succeed.
