My go-to breakfast smoothie is very tasty but perhaps boring to some -

banana, milk, vanilla protein powder, manuka honey

If i have exotic fruits such as mango, passionfruit, avocado etc., then I will happily add one of those.

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 froen ripe banana
½ cup chopped mango, frozen
1-2 large handfuls of baby spinach
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp hemp hearts
optional: ½ scoop vanilla protein powder + ¼ cup water (but I put it in for that early protein boost)

Hope you enjoyyy

I love smoothie, make it several times a week, here is my favorite:
- frozen banana
- frozen strawberries
- rolled oatmeal
- protein powder
- peanut butter
- almond milk
I am sure everyone will enjoy this mix. By the way, if you still don't have a blender, check out this review, it helped me to make a choice https://cozyhousetoday.com/best-quiet-blender-reviews/

Good idea! I think about to try a smoothie for the very first time and need inspirations and suggestions here. I am with you!
