Using UCAS again

Hey,
I applied to various universities last year then last minute decided to do foundation art instead. I am now at the point of applying for university again. This may be a dumb question but do I have to make a new UCAS? cos I can't figure out how to update my information and honestly I don't even remember the general ucas application process.

New admissions cycle = new Admissions application.
You'll eventually get reallocated your old UCAS id.

Yes. You need to reapply with a totally new application, and pay again.

You will initially have a new id, but UCAS wil then link this to your previous application and reinstate your old number
