hi its all on the exam website search the grade boundaries aqa and which ever subject u want

all the grade boundaries will be on the exam board website teachers tend to use the most recent years one for mocks but not always.

here are the grade boundaries from 2019. they're roughly the same each year, give or take 5% i'd say (sometimes more)
