I’m in a part time job it’s my first job and I’ve been With them for a year. I’m thinking of quitting but I don’t know what I have to do. Do I write a resignation letter?
Thank you

First of all, get another job before you quit. It's much harder to get a job from a position of unemployment than a position of employment.

When you've got another job offer, then write a letter or send an email to your line manager, giving notice (details in your contract) saying what you have calculated to be your leaving date, using up your remaining leave, and asking them to confirm that date.
