No.
You get a bachelors degree with or without honours
so a bachelor of arts (with honours) or a bachelor of arts (ordinary degree).

Despite the titling, an honours degree is what most people get, normally you get an ordinary degree if you fail a small amount of credits or fail a compulsory module.
