I have given combine science and I wanted to know will it effect on my college because I want to get separated science for my A-levels.

I do combined science as well depending on the course you want to do it should show single and combined grades the entry grade is most likely a 5-5

Taking combined Science at GCSE does not prevent you from studying Science A levels. If you meet the entry criteria for the A levels are your chosen sixth form (which could be 5-5 to 7-7) and any other entry criteria they have (such as at least a 4 or 5 in GCSE English Language and Maths) you can study Science A levels -
