university of surrey dilemma

Got conditional offer for Msc computervision,robotics and machine learing. Its been a week since i provided the evidence for english language requirements and passport copy. No response from surrey yet, it shows pending check in self service portal.I have unconditional offer from essex for Msc robotics and the deadline to accept that offer ends in a couple of days. Now the dilemma is whether to reject essex and take risk with surrey or take essex offer and just leave surrey.
