Yes, you can for up to 5 uni & choice combinations. But you only get 1 application so it needs to draw to both of them, and as such the courses do need to compliment each other to make a good personal statement.

I would try to make points that are relevant to both so an interest that is relevant to both subjects or your personal academics that relate to both courses.
