My diet is pretty bad...
(on a normal school day)
Breakfast: Bowl of Weetabix with milk and sugar
Break time: Pack of crisps and box of raisins
Lunch: Sandwiches (cheese or ham), banana, chocolate bar
Afternoon: Chocolate bar, sweets after school
Dinner: whatever crap my mum pulls out of the freezer and heats up, normally with freshly boiled potato, carrot, peas.
Oh but recently I've had too much turkey, too much chocolate, been a little bit constipated...
Umm.. it looks like I almost have my 5 fruit and veg doesn't it... well remember potato doesn't count, and I often don't have peas.
Oh and exercise? Don't even go there, lol. Well, Some weeks I go on walks at weekends (though with old people so its at far too slow a pace to be any good), and I used to do climbing with school until the climbing centre shut, but that should be restarting again soon... I really oughta go swimming reguarly.
