I'm pretty healthy, gym 4-7 times a week
3-5 meals a day, more than 3L of cold water.
i 'binge' drink 1-2 a week though, which is my downfall.

Breakfast - Cereal
I finish school at lunch 4/5 days of the week, and hence eat at home. This is usually some microwaveable/oven food in the fridge/freezer. But, before I eat that, I usually buy a packet of crisps or chocolate from the shop nearby.

For dinner, my mum usually makes some sort of rice and curry, or similar...

My diet is okay. Not nearly as healthy as it should be. But, I feel healthy (and I think I look pretty healthy).

I think I have a fairly healthy diet:

Breakfast- Weetabix or porridge and orange juice
Lunch - normally school lunch, anything from jacket potato to fish and chips
Dinner - usually 'meat and two veg'. Or something with pasta

It's interresting that everyone assumes it's physical health that the question's reffering too, I've never been more depressed and alienated than when spending hours in the gym lifting weights and burning off calories not talking to a soul. That's all behind me now, now I'm the stereotypical jolly fat sod hiding the tears behind the laughter and the rosy cheeks. No I'm not I'm lovely, lovely and new...

I used to run for an hour a day, then eat whatever I wanted; my metabolism was insane!

Now I only jog for about 30 min, maybe twice a week, and I gain 10 Ibs from 1 cookie.

My diet is pretty bad...

(on a normal school day)

Breakfast: Bowl of Weetabix with milk and sugar
Break time: Pack of crisps and box of raisins
Lunch: Sandwiches (cheese or ham), banana, chocolate bar
Afternoon: Chocolate bar, sweets after school
Dinner: whatever crap my mum pulls out of the freezer and heats up, normally with freshly boiled potato, carrot, peas.

Oh but recently I've had too much turkey, too much chocolate, been a little bit constipated...

Umm.. it looks like I almost have my 5 fruit and veg doesn't it... well remember potato doesn't count, and I often don't have peas.

Oh and exercise? Don't even go there, lol. Well, Some weeks I go on walks at weekends (though with old people so its at far too slow a pace to be any good), and I used to do climbing with school until the climbing centre shut, but that should be restarting again soon... I really oughta go swimming reguarly.

My diet kinda sucks too.. its my New Years Resolution to eat healthily.

I don't think my level of fitness is too bad, because I still run cross country and play hockey..

Morning: Nothing usually, maybe a cup of coffee
Break time: A cookie, bacon roll and coke
Lunch: Sometimes I go for salad or a sandwich, or burger and chips
Afternoon: Chocolate bar at last break, more snacks at home
Dinner: Generally healthy- meat/fish with salad and veggies. Although, recently we've been eating lots of pizza (mmm M&S hickory steak) ribs, fajitas and so on.

ummm...like most people in my school...i have eating disorder.

morning - usually don't have time...mb cram down a piece of bread / rice cakes (u know the one in packets of 20 cakes from supermarket)

snack - usually none...either i don't feel like eating or i'm too busy doing stuff in breaktimes. ok mb the odd bites from other people's crisps or maltesers or sth

lunch - IF i have time (usually lessons end late...and then i have to hunt down some students / teachers / careers person for stuff or i don't feel like eating...) mb a tuna or turkey sandwich (w/ lettuce) from school canteen...or a yogurt or milk with cereal (usually coco pops). or a salad or mb just an apple or a banana.

dinner - a bit of red rice + watever's on the table (usually fish or chicken & veggies...i don't eat red meat, ie. beef, pork, lamb). then usually a fruit.

after-dinner - i binge eat...bad for me i know. trying to stop it.

o and this is nowadays when i DO actually eat.
