Hi guys, I need help getting a job I’m in year 12, and the amount of places I’ve been applying to, but I either get no response back or an email saying it was unsuccessful

Look on companies own websites. Some companies have their vacancies on there (and usually require you to apply on there website). E.g. Tesco, Sainsbury's, McDonald's etc.
Look out for places advertising Xmas temp jobs.
