Magazines/papers on the Ipad, their websites and various specialty blogs/think tanks.
Youtube can be handy for some quick summaries as well.

I stay updated using the news app on my iphone. It send me notifications when a new story gets posted, but tbh I’ve been staying away from news lately because it’s just depressing. Any major need changes like going into tier 3 I find out from mum

For the main headlines I'll usually check the BBC website. If I want more details on a particular story I'll usually search in Google news & read a couple of different sources.

I don’t anymore. I’ve always considered it SO important to stay up to date with the news. I was glued to it during lockdown, watched it twice a day and got notification on my phone continuously. I would scroll through Twitter obsessively reading every spectrum and theory of every opinion of every event.
And then when uni started back, I realised HOW bad that was for my mental health. If you stop watching it on the news, then you’d really have no idea that the pandemic is even happening (except social distancing etc)
I’m so much happier now I’ve stopped

I check the BBC, Telegraph, Times, Guardian and FT websites every few days to get a broad range of news. Anything else I get from the mostly intelligent people I follow on Twitter.

I am particularly enamoured with The Times as of late.

BBC News, Facebook or just Google's general news recommendations. Anything really worth knowing will make its way into my notifications on my phone and/or crop up on Facebook.

BBC News, and then if I find some piece of news I deem interesting or important, I'll look through a variety of different sources to see if any other news outlets have additional info or other perspectives.

Haven’t checked / listened to the news since late January. Anything I need to know gets passed onto me by family and friends.
