I’m 18 in a month but my appointment for braces are the month after do I need to pay

I don’t know if I have to pay for them I’ve just got a letter from my orthodontist and mad an appointment for December. The only problem is I turn 18 in November do I need to pay for them or do I get them free

I'm assuming you would have to pay for them.
Then again, if you are in uni for a full-time course you might get it for free.

Aww man, yeah your probably going to have to pay unless your insurance covers it.

You do not have to pay. I got them when I was 16 but got them removed when I was 19 (was supposed to get them removed when I was 18 but I missed a number of appointments lol.) I wasn't even in education, they didn't mind. It's when you originally got them that matters.

I’ll get them when I’m 18 but I don’t understand how it works when it says under 18 Ik I’m gonna sound stupid but does it still apply when u have just turned 18 on the dot or a little later because they only had the next available appointment which is December ?
