I am taking a gap year and applying to medicine. I have been trying to find work, preferably in the medical field such as a Healthcare Assistant. I have now applied twice and both times, rejected before interview.

I have no health qualifications like Health & Social care but I have A Levels and GCSEs as well as voluntary experience as a sales assistant in a charity shop.

How can I improve my chances of getting to the interview stage? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Thank you for placing the thread to its appropriate place. I didn't mean to ask a double question. The exclamation mark makes it seem like it's against TSR rules or something?

No, not at all. I just like using exclamation marks. If you broke the rules, you'd have had a posting tip
