student finance wales
Hi I have just got off the phone to student finance wales,they are saying my application has been approved but on my online account still shows as status application submitted? My tutor has emailed me to say i should receive my loan by 31?10?2020 but ive not received any letters to say ive even been approved never mind what im entitled to. The guy from SW said it is all being done manually instead of automatically and it could take until the 20th of November for my tuition to be paid but will i get my loan before my letter as well? anyone else having this problem or know any more info please.
