Hi all,

I am currently a Civil Servant looking to change careers and move into Sports Administration (very vague but am open to learning more about specific roles as I progress).
I have been looking online for a while at possible Master's courses but am wondering if this is the best route to venture down, knowing how crucial work experience is to employers.

Although I don't have a background in Sport/Sports Management, I feel my strong undergraduate degree (POLIR) will hold me in a good place to undertake a Masters - it's just whether this is the best route for career opportunities in what is a predictably packed field.

Any help is, as ever, much appreciated.

Happy to supply more information if too vague.

Thanks in advance.
