If I applied for 2021 entry but ended up rejecting all my offers and not going through clearing in order to work on myself/make some money/gain some work experience so I could apply to the top unis of a different course than the one I applied to for 2021 entry, and then creating a whole new UCAS application for 2022 entry, would the top (RG) unis still accept me?

Can you cancel this year's application in Aug/Sept, and still reapply to the same Unis next year?
