What are the best landlords/ letting agencies in Swansea, ideally in uplands or brynmill?

I dont know if there is a best. The university has its own service. Some on here have criticised Students Digz but basically there are numerous lettings agency on Walter Road and Mansel Street who will have properties. Take a walk and look around.
