Hi I just wanted to know if an advertisement stating 'We offer a fixed price of £2000 for all landscape gardening projects, no matter the size' is an ITT or an offer?
If someone accepted that and both parties agreed to it would the offeror be legally bound to carry out the project?
If anyone knows could you please let me know ASAP.
