Cuz too many are scared of covid only Me and one other person sit and drink in halls No one else will socialise with us how can we convince them?

Cant u spice up ur invite and say, let's get nekkid in the dark woods nearby and wander around with our drinks? Safe, socially distanced, yet spicy... I should be party coordinator for UK students I have gr8 ideas lol!

you cant tell people what to think or do so just leave em be, i wouldnt tell my flatmates to drink if they didnt want to.

there's far more to life, and life as a student, than drinking alcohol! They are taking the right decision for them (maybe they don't drink anyway). Maybe arrange a socially distance coffee / film night etc... maybe you are being painful and annoying when drunk and they have lost trust in you?

I am glad you have responsible students at your university. If it had been my decision, all university learning would have been online this term (and now next) and you would have been able to remain at the family home and not pay rent.

Good to see there are responsible students around you. Socialising needs to be put on hold for now, so don;t pine over what you're missing. In the end this will be gone and the restrictions eased but not right now as we're in the middle of it. Good luck.

Just tell them your company isnt as bad as everyone says and you will pay them £30 to prove it if they dont agree with you after an hour.
