Depends on your exam board. I do OCR and for communicating information and ideas (non fiction), q2 is comparative between 2 texts, 6 marks, 3 comparative points. q3 language and structure, 12 marks, 8-10 language/structure points, equal numbers of each. q4, (dis)agree with a statement, intro + 3/4 paragraphs (ideally two quotes for each text in each paragraph) + conclusion, just content no language points.
