She always asks this in person all the time, she keeps asking “what’s wrong” if I’m quiet. Why?

Sometimes people assume that if you’re quite you’re sad. She’s probably just worried about you. If you’re just a quite a person in general and not very social and extroverted, just explain it to your friend so they know not to worry.

She wants to make sure you are okay. And I found out recently, that if someone asks you a lot, chances are they themselves might not be okay. Why not return the favour and ask her repeatedly?

I mean she just be checking up on you if youre really quiet or acting a different way, plus some people are more sensitive and wary of other people so she may be just a bit worried that she did summin or that summin might be up

I’m usually loud since I have ADHD, so if I’m quiet she probably things something is wrong
