We are moving house into this builder who unfortunately died and we are buying his house from his family who gave us a deal. It’s a big house, it’s just we are getting a new bigger house out of his death and if the guy didn’t die we wouldn’t be moving into his house. The guy was changing his garage into a room which has a window where the garage door was but didn’t finish it because he died. I’m turning that into a bedroom which I might be getting. I just kind of somewhat feel bad for it for buying the house because if he was alive he would be living in that house and we would have never seen it for sale.
