Sometimes I feel like I need something in my life to just reassure me. I am addicted to socials and Netflix etc but when I am not on that, I feel lonely. I am 19 and it's going to sound weird but I want to buy a cuddly toy or something to help me feel less like this. I am also trying to overcome this addiction as I haven't done anything productive for the past 3 years and 3 months thanks to this addiction.
Any thoughts?

yhh it's a lot harder now, usually if i was feeling like this id go outside with my friends and hang out or go to town to distract myself but in my area we can't do much with covid measures and all, im happy following the covid measures if it means saving lives but it certainly has brought about isolation and loneliness
