I submitted evidence online on 16th September (a declaration of marital status form) I was advised that it would take 6 weeks. I called last week and I’ve now been told that the times scales have changed again! Hopefully I should hear back next week. I have NO money at all!!! How am I supposed to cope. I have a house to run and I can’t keep living on handouts

Hi, this evidence currently takes around 34 working days to process, about 7 weeks. I advise you to allow up to 8 weeks as our timescales can change.
If you are experiencing financial hardship then I strongly advise you to speak with your university as they have support in place and advise to help students who are financially struggling.
Thanks, Isaac
