Urgent Tenancy takeover - Code Student Accomodation leicester

Hello, I am currently looking for someone to take over the booking for my room at the Code Western Road accommodation. I am not continuing next year so have had to cancel. The room is a ‘Deluxe Studio’ located on the first floor. Its a 5 - 10 min walk from DMU campus. A list of things included is below:

- Triple wardrobe
