Can someone clearly explain to me the similarities and differences between social democracy and the Third Way?

Essentially,

Social democracy - rationality, nationalisation, operating within current political structures, socialist elements within a capitalist framework, state involvement in the economy, Keynesian economics.

Third Way - equality of opportunity, privatisation, liberalisation of the economy, focus on political and social equality.
