Examples or essay structure on a level aqa english lit essays?

Hi, I just went into yr 12 and I'm finding it really difficult on how to structure English literature questions such as essays on Othello or Great Gatsby. I'm not sure how to structure the whole essay and if introductions and conclusions are needed. Also, I'm not sure if you have to do all assessment objects 1-5 in every paragraph. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thankyou
