Are Scottish Universities biased against Scottish private schools?

I’m from one of the worst schools in Scotland and people fromHere get into St. Andrews. If you have the grades it doesn’t matter

I know Scottish unis use widening participation flags into consideration for entry requirements and conditional offers and there are schemes out there like Glasgow REACH programme , top up programme, sutton trust schools partnership etc.
they take into account your postcode, school, parent's academic history = first gen into uni, POLAR4 decile thing
