I am stuck in position at school where my peers are arrogant or are not in the mood to help me despite countless attempts of reconsidering what they said. I know this is wrong but I usually peak at someone's work while they write it down because I find myself lost many times now. Sometimes, I have teachers who tell me to study with a friend but I find it hard to keep up with them or they are busy with their own tasks. If I asked my teachers for help, they might find me annoying and tell me to go off and study quietly by the corner. If I did not do anything, the teachers might tell my parents that I did not consult or not enough visits. I find what they say to be really contradicting. All I wanted was to be able to understand just a gist of the questions that I was bombarded with. Gosh, no one said A levels was easy at all.

what A levels are you studying?
First of all, I would consider using online resources such as YouTube
Next you could consider purchasing a textbook however this is not compulsory
I would recommend speaking to your teachers because they will likely help you to understand your work (also you will not lose anything even if they say no).
