I was a student in that college and I did the autumn exams there(they payed for it), but I remember meeting an external student there who told me the reason he choose this college as his exam centre was because it was the cheapest he could find

The exam boards haven't issued the software to make Summer 2021 entries yet and not any centres will accept entries before that.

Have you tried your former college? Some accept former students back when they don't accept other private candidates. It is generally the cheapest option.
