Hi,
I have a degree in Art from my home country comparable to British Bachelor degree standard and I would like to apply to study FdSc Oral Health Science at Essex university. I also have a dental nurse qualification ( did a part time course paid by myself). I was wondering if I'm entitled to a second degree tuition fee loan? The course is full time.
