As a 17 year old guy should I not worry too much about putting on muscle since I’m not happy with how much I have atm? Is it best to wait until my 20s before I start to focus on packing on size?

Not at all, start now, I began focusing on putting on mass at 16 and at 18 I’ve learnt a lot so it’s best to get cracking.

If you are thinking about bulking and building muscle now, one thing that really helped me was the whey protein powder, my favourite flavour is cookie dough but there are many others as well as different sizes: protein powder on amazon

Yeah start now because these are the years in which your body has the most testosterone so you’re going to get bigger quicker/easier.
