Hi am going to apply for Biochemsitry course.
I like the Sheffield the best but my predicted grades are Abb and hence might not get into Sheffield.
I believe i can get offers from Manchester Leeds Edinburgh Exeter i am unsure which uni is really good for Biochemistry given i want to phd and go into research.
Please help !!

imo they all are really good , excellent choices, one may say and they all can get you where you wanna go
its really down to personal preference when deciding firm/insurance
things to think about include but not limited to:
- distance from home
- Scotland vs England which involves a 4 year course vs 3 year BSc course but I do know in Edinburgh you can skip Year 1 and go direct entry into Year 2
- weather conditions
- living costs
- night life
- what the actual offer they give you is, that you have to meet
- public transport links
- any friends going to any unis for same/different courses or any people you don't want to be stuck with for another few years
its really down to personal preference when deciding firm/insurance

I have read about student satisfaction found Manchester on the high with leeds and exeter trailing.
I am just afraid that manchester being big city so am unsure
