Applied for LSE law. All 9's in GCSE except 2 8's and a 6 (was in Phys. Ed - didnt revise) done in 1 year. Predicted A*A*A*A* History, Math, Economics and Politics. I got rejected Oxford post-interview but received very early offers from Durham and UCL (October and December, respectively). LSE is my top choice and I'm banking on it! How is everyone else doing

yes, they do look at your maths and English GCSEs. I have a friend who was rejected for law in November because of her English GCSE.

i think for most lse subjects, the minimum GCSE grade required for English Language is a 7 sooo... you best check that out!

yh i think you need a grade 6 english language minimum but realistically you should have a 7/8/9 if you're studying law because it is an essay based subject

GCSE's:
English Language = 9
English Literature = 8
Mathematics = 8
Religious Studies = 7
Biology = A
Chemistry = B
Physics = B
History = B
Geography = C

Predicted Grades: A*AA
A* = Geography
A = Economics
A = Maths
