yo we have the same gcse grades and same a level choices( i also do f maths but apart from that) / grades and same predictions and i want to study econ at uni LOL

Hahah that’s sick, I’m guessing you wanted to keep med/dentistry as an option when picking a levels? Where you thinking of applying to?

I’d go 3 from first lot 2 from second lot

Durham, Briz, Notts, Bath, Edinburgh, St Andrews, KCL, Exeter, leeds

Loughborough, lancaster, York, Manchester, other AAB to ABB idk

imo all unis are good in their own - so its really down comparing things city vs campus, nightlife ?, distance from home ? course modules of interest ? etc.

Yeah thinking of management at LSE since it’s AAA but aren’t they pretty strict on personal statements which mine would be irrelevant since it’s for economics?

Yes, an A* is required unless you qualify for a contextual offer. I think most unis want an A* in maths if they ask for one - have a look at the course requirements on the websites of unis and you can find which grades/subjects you need.

I think LSE also prefers an essay-based subject along with Maths (like Economics or History etc.)

haha yes i was thinking med. i applied to LSE nots, exeter, st andrews and loughborough ( only because i do a sport and might want to carry it on ). i have my offers from nots, exeter and lboro, but im hoping to get into LSE!! I didnt really give it much thought before i applied though
