Fallowfield Accommodation - which one

I'm wanting to go to the University of Manchester next year... I definitely want to be in Fallowfield for the social life, I also want self catered. Preferably I want an ensuite and shared bathrooms give me a bit of anxiety, I'm really torn because Oak house has the best reputation for parties but I don't want to be stressing about sharing a bathroom. Loads of people are saying that Richmond Park Is very dull and there isn't much information on Unsworth ...any advice would be really helpful
