If you don’t get the entry requirements into MEng Product Design Engineering can you still enroll onto the course after doing really well innthe(identical) first 2 years in the BEng course?

Email the admissions team for the uni. Usually for engineering you can enrol on MEng if you're on track for at least a 2:1.

These days the majority of people get a 1st or 2.1 so as long as you're in the top 2/3 of your course you should be able to transfer.
