I've not heard anything either since the call last week. Tbh these things always seem to take longer than anticipated so I wouldn't be surprised if we're waiting till at least Friday

Apparently they’ve started calling back now. Heard this from a friend, fingers crossed we all get one too!

Do you know how many graduates they are looking to hire? I believe in 2022, when they first started the programme, they hired about 60 grads. Wonder if that has increased.

I've heard varying numbers, somebody at the event told me they're taking on about 150 total this year. It may depend on the sponsor, for example I think the ONR rep said they're personally sponsoring 13 (or 30? i can't remember)

Same. Hoping it's much closer to this number, because there were far more people than I'd initially anticipated at the assessment centre

They kind of got an offer. Her discipline is ONR sponsored, and they said they wanted to discuss the role a bit more and asked her to choose a time slot.

Ooh right that's odd. Mine is also ONR sponsored, haven't had an offer or anything yet but fingers crossed they'll call tomorrow. Congrats to your friend! Did they say what/when they wanted to discuss?

They said they were very impressed with her performance, and wanted to schedule an informal chat to discuss the finer points of the role. The dates offered were between 2nd April to 5th April.

Unfortunately not yet either. I'm hoping they'll get back to us within the next few days, but I've no idea if they're even planning on accompanying rejections with a phone call

I don't get how they decide the sponsors, it seems from this thread that it's only the ONR who have made their choices? I assume they would take people who applied to say the science and engineering disciplines too, not just from specific disciplines such as project management. I just don't know. When I had my interview they said they don't know what specific sponsors would sponsor my discipline. It's odd. I think it's all discipline based.
