It depends what sort of experience you are looking for. I really enjoyed Paris for example, for the food, bakeries and the attractions.

I don’t know a lot about UAE, I’ve only been to Dubai but I think Dubai is more normal than the rest of them because there are a wide range of people so people are more accepting. And no country has all perfect people

Perhaps to a country whose language you have learnt, to improve your skills in it, and not be the Brits abroad who expect everyone to speak English.
