one of my favourite things on christmas day is definitely the christmas dinner :yep: we don't have turkey in our house though, usually something like beef or chicken instead

We don’t have turkey because I am half polish and my family have adopted the polish traditional dinner. Some foods include my favourite, pierogi (dumplings thingys), carp and we also have salmon, gołąbki (kinda like a cabbage wrap with filling, rice and stuff) and more. We also make poppy seed cake and cheesecake too. It is all very delicious. Also we eat it on Christmas Eve in the evening instead of Christmas Day.

Pigs and blankets are top tier foods IMO!
Stuffing's also good, but the best one is probably the brandy cream you put on the pudding. It's absolutely gurt lush.

(Does the buffet on xmas eve count too? :P)

We do half Sri Lankan, half British. Except the half British side is nearly a full British Christmas dinner, so there's just ridiculous amounts of food :teeth:

Fave from top to bottom: (with plenty of gravy!)

Pigs in blankets :yum:
Stuffing (sage and onion)
Yorkshire puddings
Cauliflower cheese
Turkey/meat
Roast potatoes
Parsnips
Other veg (peas, carrots etc.)
Brussel sprouts (I like a few but not loads)

Have I missed anything? :holmes:

I think I'll make a poll to see what others think

Edit: poll is here: https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/sho....php?t=6837674 - let's settle this!
