How to juggle A Level homework

I'm currently in Year 11 and slightly stressing about 6th form homework which I know is stupid considering I haven't done GCSEs yet.
Idk if this is the same in all schools, but in mine at sixth form you get 1 hour of homework per lesson which would add up to around 12 hours a week. I struggle with gcse hw and general organisation etc.. and have tried a lot to keep on top of stuff but I never seem to be able to get everything done.
Basically what I'm asking is does anyone have any advice (aside from do it when you get it - which I know is the most ideal option but for me is quite unrealistic) /or has been in a similar situation and how have you coped with the workload?
