I think once the mortgage is sorted we are moving in I just wanted to know what to expect other than boxes and suitcases. I am also looking for a new single bed thats cheap and good so if anyone can help with that.

Expect to have a long day, lots of moving of items, lots of waiting around while keys are exchanged and waiting for movers to come etc. Moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do, so be prepared to feel drained.

This is what you can expect for starters a lot of paperwork. Make sure to have boxes lots of them to hand for storing any valuable items. Also a good dose of common sense too. You might also want to use a pen, and paper for signing. Ask questions but sparingly. Read all paperwork carefully.
