Psychology at City with ABB

Can City University give me an offer for Psychology if i have ABB and their requirement is AAB-ABB?
I haven't done an EPQ, and I don't have any socio-economic factors that are a problem
If it isnt obvious from the website what the criteria are for the lower grade offer, then email City and ask.
Some Unis/courses will consider applications that are 'one grade below' their requirements, but of course there is no guarantee of an offer, just as there isnt even if you meet or exceed the required grades.
