I need mental help

It’s a really long story but I’ve posted on here before about it and I know I need help. I’ve come to a scary realisation that I’m not mentally okay and I’m spiralling into some weird kind of self destruction. I have no idea how to get help and I can’t tell my family or my boyfriend, I can’t even tell them when I’m upset about small things. I really want to help myself, where do I start?

Also some ideas are a journal/diary and is writing isnt your thing, make a unnamed twitter account where you can write out your feelings and put them into the world. Someone might reply to you as well, you never know.

Taking walks also helps or taking yourself out of certain situations like family gatherings

I would ring the surgery on Monday and ask your GP to call you.

In the meantime, the Samaritans are there for you.

Hey! Firstly, well done for coming to this realisation. This is not only the first step, but also the hardest and most important one, and you've done it.
I don't know your situation but I'd say getting in touch with mental health services at your school/college/uni would be a great start.

Go to GP ASAP they can refer you for specialist mental health help. Be honest with them, they want help.
